Consistent thick grease

Plastic greases (also called as consistent greases) are classifies according to NLGI grade and DIN 51825 / 51826 and ISO / DIS 6743-9 international standards. PETRONAS TUTELA plastic greases are produced by using extremely high quality base oil and thickeners. They are resistant to heavy duty, water, they are waterproof and have sealing properties and can be used at high and low temperatures.

NLGI (National Lubricating Grease Institute) classification:

DIN 51825 classification:

  • DIN 51825 K — grease made from high viscosity mineral and/or synthetic oil with a thickener
  • DIN 51825 KP — K – grease made from additional additives that reduce friction and protect against wear in mixed friction locations.
  • DIN 51825 KF — K – grease with additional hard additives (graphite, molybdenum disulphide).
  • DIN 51825 KPF — K – grease with additional additives that reduce friction and protect against wear in mixed friction locations, plus additional hard additives (graphite, molybdenum disulphide).

Tutela Star 700 Grease 125mlTUTELA STAR 700
125 ml semi fluid grease. It is used for constant velocity joints and hinges. Excellent lubricating properties for a wider temperature range. TUTELA STAR 700 grease ensures a low friction coefficient and higher compatibility with rubbers and elastomers. It is recommended by Fiat, Lancia, Alfa Romeo.

Tutela All Star Grease 125mlTUTELA ALL STAR
125ml molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) based grease. Wide working temperature range, better lubricating efficiency. In the automotive industry it is used as multifunctional grease for joints. It is recommended by Fiat, Lancia, Alfa Romeo.

Tutela ZETA 2 GreaseTUTELA ZETA 2

Multi-purpose lithium and special oxide based white grease. It is ideal for lubrication and protection of all the mechanical parts on cars and commercial vehicles in particular hinges, struts, bearings, articulated gear joints, hand-brake linkage and door hinges.

The product is adhesive and resistant to water, so it perfectly protects mechanical parts from rust, corrosion and atmospheric effects.

Tutela MRM 2 GreaseTUTELA MRM 2
Lithium and molybdenum disulphide based lubricant grease with E.P. (Extreme Pressure) characteristics. Ideal for grease of joints and fifth wheels of dump trucks, excavators, tractors and agricultural machinery with mechanical parts subjected to heavy loads. TUTELA MRM 2 grease is black and soft and stringy texture.
